Returns/Cancellations
Returns are not accepted on made to order tiles unless they are defective or damaged in shipping. Discrepancies between samples and finished pieces will occur. Installation is acceptance of the product. Tiles purchased at an art fair or from the studio display may be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Any returns after this time period, are at our discretion and may be charged a restocking fee.
Inspection
Inspect your tile immediately upon delivery. In the event that tile have been lost or damaged in shipping, a freight claim must be made within 5 days of delivery. Installation signifies acceptance of the product and no post installation adjustments will be made.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are 10% of purchase price. Minimum shipping charge is $8.50. Please call for a shipping quote.
Payment
All retail orders require a 50% down payment before production begins. The balance is to be paid upon completion of tile order and before shipment. Cancellations are not accepted on tile already in production.
